You will receive confirmation via text or email once booked with time, date, and services.
26 hours before your appointment a Confirmation Request will be sent via text or email to hold your appointment.
24 hours before your now Confirmed Appointment time, the last reminder will be sent in case a change is required.
As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service to our clients, please note, last minute cancellations make it challenging for us to fill that time slot with another, thereby resulting in lost income for our stylists. Your understanding and cooperation help us immensely, so review your confirmed scheduled appointment carefully and make changes on our online booking system or contact us immediately.
If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a flat 50% fee will be applied.
Late shows may result in either reduced service time or rescheduling, as time scheduling permits.
A NON - Confirmed Appointment may be considered canceled.
